３～１４名の少人数指導です。基本的に全学年共通で、ワークの演習や解説などで当該学年の内容を学習します。また、学校の定期考査の２週間前より対策授業を行い、常に自己ベストを目指して学習に取り組みます。
当塾の集団指導と学校の集団授業や他塾との大きな違いは反復演習により、学習内容をしっかりと身に着けます。
できなければ、できるまでしっかりとサポートします。
常に基本を意識した学習方法（計算トレーニングや英単語練習など）を重視しております。
ライバルの存在による学習意識の向上を図ります。
自習スペースを確保しており、授業のない日（毎日）でも塾に来て勉強できます。
主要５教科合計の目標が400点以上（平均8割）となるお子様に合わせて指導を行っております。
学問を通じて勉強ができるようになるために必要な能力や学習方法などをお子様自身に考えさせ、実践と反省を繰り返しながら成長するお手伝いをさせて頂いております。
入塾の際に学力テストを行い、その結果と学校での成績を併せて評価し、お子様の適正を判断してから受講して頂いております。それにより一定以上のレベルを保っております。
